Meghaan Lurtz is a born and raised Kansan who migrated to the West coast in 2009. She attended the University of Kansas (Go Hawks!) and graduated with BAs in Spanish and Philosophy and a BS in Psychology.
A large part of her career experience has been spent working with small businesses. This promoted her return to school for a masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Meghaan believes small business is important, not only to the economy but individual lives.
Currently, a student, part-time consultant and teacher, Meghaan is driven to educate about the positive psychology movement: leadership, corporate social responsibility, employee engagement, finding your purposeful life, active learning theory, stress management, life-work balance, and positive deviance are just a few of the topics she weaves together for big picture solutions.
